TAP Designs presents its "Belle Dame" Collection

The “Belle Dame” collection from TAP Designs comes off as Gothic at first but is filled with bursts of color graphic print and gold embellishments. Belle Dame which means ‘beautiful woman’ in French shows the model in well tailored, modern, feminine and sophisticated dresses, shirts and skirts.

The TAP woman is knowledgeable and refined in the way of fashion and strikes a balance between usefulness in design and looking good. The collection has a veiled beauty that every woman can relate to.

SHA-DY WRITES - KINTAN

That wasn't what really happened though, all that was just playing in my head. This was what really happened.

When my brother brought Kintan who was claiming to be my man I gave him the look of his life, like why would he even dare do that, this was the height of it. If he wanted to ask for forgiveness and crawl back into my life, their are better ways to do it and getting a quiet disgrace rather than put yourself all out.

I bluntly denied him as he stared at CIO. He turned around around walked away, in shame I guess. Kintan is fond of doing such, he just wants things to work his way and time, and this isn't his first time of doing such to me.

This is where I stop contributing, why? because I am not getting any feed back. Maybe if you, you and you reading this diary will make me feel like I'm not just writing for myself, I could continue. I really want to continue writing and grow at writing, but I feel like am the only one who reads what I write and it hurts me badly *Sad face*

I need you guys reading this to leave comments, I need feedback.

LOLO 1 OF WAZOBIA AND MAYOWA'S CELEBRITY BIRTHDAY BASH! 

On Saturday the 27th April, two bold and beautiful OAPs on Wazobia FM, will be treating friends and fans to a celebrity studded birthday party at 360 Bar, Elegushi.

The beautiful Mayowa Lambe of the "Make Una Wake up" show with YAW, and the queen of Wazobia herself, Lolo1, have made their marks on the airwaves, and they believe this birthday celebration is a way of getting together with friends, family and well wishers to appreciate everyone who has contributed to their success on radio.

it's an open event, with Comedians like YAW, IGOS, FUNNYBONE, OGBOLOR and artistes like SOLID STAR, JAYWON, WACONZY and many more, gracing the event.

Lolo and Mayowa will like to extend an invitation to YOU, to come, celebrate and party with them on Saturday at 360 Bar Elegushi. Time is 7pm.

KIKELOMO THE FIFTH

The Good Friday Beach hang out didn't end well for me as Kikelomo the fourth got missing. Kikelomo and I have been together for like a year and eight months, yes I knew it was almost time I got a new one but I really loved her as she was a black frame with beautiful curves. I got another after the Easter holidays but it was just so sad she disappeared into thin air at that time (Holidays) when the optician could not make another as fast as I needed it.

Another highlight of the night included playing "truth or dare"  a game that involves taking mixtures of a whole bunch of crazy stuffs, usually I get to be beach by noon and leave in the evening, but on this occasion I got there in the evening and left late at night. I had so much fun with my friends but Kike leaving me was heartbreaking.

The Good Friday at Elegushi Beach was more like an "Eat Meat Friday" . Most people were in groups having rice and all sorts of meat the Yoruba's have named. Good bye Kikelomo IV with open arms I welcome Kikelomo the fifth.

On getting to mine, my brother's welcome party was in full swing and the whole place was jam packed. I draged CIO to see my parents before my mom starts running over the whole place wanting to be the perfect hostess, I introduced CIO to them and the conversation below took ensued:

Me: Mummy, Daddy this is CIO, my man

My dad gives a stern look

Dad: your man, are you guys married ehn? Say he is your male friend, not your man.

Me: sorry sir, my male friend

Dad: young man, what's ur name?

CIO: my name is CIO, am from Abeokuta town in Ogun state sir.

Dad: this is really not the best time for a formal introduction, I will get to know you better some other time.

CIO: okay sir (mum cuts in)

Mum: has your brother met him?

Dad: is her brother God, woman what is this?

Mum: I was just asking?

Immediately my brother walks in with Kintan.

Like WTF is he doing here. This Kintan is definitely a trouble maker and I will put him in his place today. So big brother asked about me and Kintan in the presence of my family, I said it out loud even our gate man would here, this is the man I love and Mum and Dad knows him, I don't remember bringing anyone home, did you invite him?

Dayo looks at me and says "babe this guy said he is your man", I replied "Mum and Dad did I ever bring any man here except CIO, abeg dis one na kidnapper abi impersonator sef". My brother looks back at Kintan and says dude, you trynna rob my family? there is total silent in the for a minute, my sister in law grab her daughter Nauria, people began to give themselves eye signs to leave the party now.

Kintan stands there blankly, CIO goes down on one knee and asks me to marry him. My brother Dayo keeps asking whats going on. My mum begins to smile sheepishly, I'm engaged!!!

Welcome home party turns to engagement party. Life is beautiful.

According to the designer, the name and theme of the collection has inspiration from the lacy lingerie
that women often favour.

Although in the collection she has used lace to create structured pieces which simulate the female form as opposed to the usual swishy and flowy nature of most outfits made from lace. The collection is made up of flirty lace, shift dresses and a colour scheme of orange, blue, monochrome, and hints of purple.
