Print Patterns & Feminine Silhouettes! Ghanaian Label, Ameyo Releases The Reflections Collection For Spring/Summer 2014

Ameyo is a Ghanaian brand owned by a creative duo, Klekleli and Netty who have cultivated a signature look that reflects a fusion of playful chic, with laid back elegance. Klekleli and Netty are inspired by their mutual interest in what they like to call “The New Heritage” African fashion.

According to the creative directors, the Reflection collection was inspired by the nature and cracks from a broken mirror with a first print fabric design by Ameyo, making use of fabrics with other materials to create tasteful styles that reflect the sophistication of the modern African woman. This collection is effortlessly feminine with bold and colourful prints patterns. The broken effects of the print patterns and feminine silhouettes symbolize the journey every woman makes in perfecting herself and learning who she really is.
